Atlantis Business Creation Idea

Atlantis Business model is my individual project at RMIT University. The project requires making a business model suitable for the Vietnam fashion market and promoting sustainability.

The idea of Atlantis Holding Corporation's business model is inspired by Kering Group (the Holding company of luxury brands such as Gucci, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent,...). My business model aims to support local Vietnamese brands with better competitive advantages over international brands by creating a standard operational procedure, low-price manufacturing and sourcing, retail support, and finance investments.
