The Heidi Tea and Coffee is my first big project in my Gap year between high school and university. During one year of making my coffee shop, I was responsible for creating new beverages and content creator barista and learning how to work with a team, operating plans, and recruit and train new staff.

In the Gap year period, I learned a lot of skills that I lack also observed how my mother (the owner and founder of this coffee shop) managed the shop and had precious experiences. One of the most valuable things is that I understand myself and find a suitable major for me - fashion, where I can develop my creativity, and leadership and create good products.
